1. Promotion

Eligible participants are invited to enter a prize competition for the chance to win a Luxury All-Inclusive Mekong River Cruise: Vietnam, Cambodia & the Wonders of Angkor Wat, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and immediate family members of Imagine Cruising Inc. and its affiliated companies are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

The competition is open to eligible individuals who receive the promotional invitation and are already registered in the Imagine Cruising Inc. marketing database.

To enter, participants must complete the competition entry form and provide the information requested.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. There is no cost to enter the competition.

Entry into the competition does not require participants to make a purchase or book a holiday, cruise or other travel product.

4. Marketing Communications

By entering the competition, participants acknowledge that they are already registered to receive marketing communications from Imagine Cruising Inc. and agree that their existing marketing preferences and consent choices will continue to apply.

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in the relevant communication.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not affect an entry that has already been validly submitted, provided the participant otherwise remains eligible.

5. The Prize

One winner will receive a luxury all-inclusive Mekong River cruise vacation for two (2) people, including flights, cruise accommodation, a tour of Vietnam and Cambodia, hotel stays and transfers, comprising:

Departure date: 11 October 2027

Duration: 20 nights

Occupancy: Two (2) people

Accommodation: One Superior Suite

Prize value: US$5,499 per person, based on flights departing from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

Air credit: The stated US$5,499 per-person prize value includes an air credit of US$1,200 per person

The total stated retail value of the prize for two people is US$10,998, based on the stated US$5,499 per-person value and flights departing from LAX.

The air credit is subject to applicable booking and airline terms and conditions and may be subject to availability, routing restrictions and other limitations.

6. Flights and Air Credit

The stated prize value is based on air arrangements departing from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

An air credit of US$1,200 per person is included within the stated prize value. Those traveling from other cities can use this air credit toward the price of their air travel.

Any difference between the applicable airfare and the available air credit, together with any additional costs not expressly included in the prize, will be the responsibility of the winner.

7. Taxes, Fees and Additional Costs

Unless expressly stated as included in the prize description, the winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, port charges, gratuities, transportation costs, travel insurance, government fees, passport or visa costs and any other expenses associated with claiming or using the prize.

Any material restrictions or additional mandatory costs applicable to the prize will be communicated to the winner before booking.

8. Travel and Booking

The cruise and associated travel are subject to availability and the applicable terms and conditions of the cruise operator, airline and/or travel provider.

The winner must comply with all applicable booking requirements and must travel on the specified departure date of 11 October 2027, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter or applicable travel provider.

The prize is non-transferable, cannot be resold and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value where circumstances outside its reasonable control make the advertised prize unavailable.

9. Travel Documents

The winner and their travel companion are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all travel documents required for the itinerary, including valid passports, visas, vaccinations or other health documentation, identification and any other required documentation.

It is the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion to ensure that they meet all entry, immigration and health requirements applicable to the countries included in the itinerary.

10. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided when entering the competition.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified period, declines the prize or is determined to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

11. Competition Period

The competition opens on 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 p.m. on 31 October 2026.

Entries must be received during the competition period to be eligible.

Entries received before the opening date or after the closing date will not be eligible.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the competition will be handled in accordance with the Imagine Cruising Inc. Privacy Policy.

Information may be used to administer the competition, contact the potential winner and fulfil the prize.

As participants are existing members of the Imagine Cruising Inc. marketing database, their personal information may also continue to be used for marketing purposes in accordance with their existing consent choices and applicable privacy requirements.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By entering the competition, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms applicable to the promotion.

Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
